Basic patient communication (non-clinical): Sending reminders, follow-ups and general updates.
Light administrative support & file organisation: Maintaining structure across documents and essential tasks.
Clear scope & fixed hours: Defined responsibilities and time allocation for transparency and control.
The Full Support
€1500 per month (excl. VAT)
30 hours per month of dedicated support (± 7.5 hours per week)

This level of support provides continuity, structure and calm — allowing you to focus almost entirely on patient care.

Complete inbox & calendar management: Comprehensive management of communication, scheduling and follow-ups.

Meetings & coordination support: Internal and external scheduling and organisation.
Document management & administrative preparation: Organising files, preparing documentation and maintaining records.
